Michael Beale 

From coaching kids in church halls to the dugout, Sunderland head coach Michael has been on some journey. In between he has helped develop some of the Premier League's biggest names at Chelsea and Liverpool. 

From coaching at Sao Paulo to being Steven Gerrard's right-hand man for the Invincible title win at Rangers and Premier League challenge at Aston Villa, Michael has built up a range of experiences. After a spell in charge of QPR and then back in Scotland with Rangers, Michael is now in the Stadium of Light hot-seat.
